Day 1: Agadir – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech – Tizian Village

We start our tour from Agadir to various parts of Morocco (comfortable transfers included). Check-in hotel at 7 am, and drive to Imlil in the Atlas Mountains via Marrakech. Ougrad (1450m), the highest peak in North Africa, tea break, load your luggage on mules, lunch at Tizi Ntacht (2000m), trek to Tizian village (1750), dinner and overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 2: Tizian Village – Azad Terrace – Tikent Village

After breakfast, we will explore the Azad Terrace culture, Dobe Village, and Huit Tree in this iron oxide-rich region. After about 5-6 hours of trekking, pass through Tizi Tuckerrurt, stop for lunch en route and continue to Tikent village, also rich in walnut trees, for dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.

Day 3: Tikent village – Tizi Ussem – Azib Tamsult – Toubkal

After breakfast, hike to Tizi Tagdarte with panoramic views of the valley and the west peak of Toubkal. Take the juniper road to the village of Tizi Ussem (1850m) with a herd of Touret sheep, lunch en route, and continue to Azib Tamsult (2250m), the center of Toubkal, for dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.

Day 4: Toubkal 

After breakfast, ascent via Moulettes to Tizi Agelzim (3,550m), lunch on site with spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains’ peaks, then about 3 hours south to the Toubkal hut for overnight stay.

Day 5: Toubkal – Imlil

Early rise, breakfast, and 3-hour ascent to Toubkal (4167m), the highest peak in the Maghreb with spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, crossing the southern circus or about a 3-hour walk to the hut for picnic and lunch on site, then continue north along the steep slopes of the upper Afif-Isouhaouen Valley and return to Imlil to check into the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 6: Agadir 

After breakfast, we will visit the beautiful scenery of Berber villages, at the end of which we will take the road back to Agadir.
